The company BusinessCom as , with its registered office at Dobrušská 1797/1, 147 00 Prague 4, Company ID: 274 26 653, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 10552, hereinafter referred to as (" BusinessCom as "), hereby provides information on the method and scope of personal data processing, including rights related to the processing of personal data.
We collect your personal data in the following cases:
- we deliver our products or services to you
- We provide you with support and technical assistance upon your request.
- we fulfill contractual obligations
- we fulfill legal obligations
- we provide information about our products and upcoming events,
- improving the quality and further developing our products, services and organization.
We strive to treat and secure your personal data with the same care and principles that we would apply to ourselves. We do not trade your personal data under any circumstances. In some cases, when we use reliable business partners to deliver our products and services, we need to share your personal data with these business partners, and we will ensure that our business partners treat it with the same care and principles.

Does BusinessCom as provide my personal data to third parties?
We do not share your personal data with third parties under any circumstances.
In order to be able to provide products and services of the highest quality, we use a network of reliable partners. For this reason, in some cases we may share your personal data (or a selected part of it) and provide it to reliable business partners with whom we cooperate.
Typical examples of sharing personal data are the following situations:
- If you shop in our online stores, we share your personal information with partners who process your payments or deliver your shipments.
- We may process your personal data in information systems that are developed and supplied by our external IT service providers, or whose hosting is provided by the providers.

Our goal is to ensure the constant protection of your personal data, and therefore we will take all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of the personal data we process against manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access.
We are constantly improving our security measures in line with the development of available data security products and services.
How long do you keep my personal data?
We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to:
- fulfillment of our contractual obligations to you
- Fulfilling the purpose for which the data is collected
- to comply with our legal obligations.
What are my rights?
Right to access personal data
If you want to know whether BusinessCom as processes personal data, you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you also have the right to access your personal data (you can request a free extract from the register, which shows what personal data we process about you). The extract from the register will be sent to your address registered in our systems. If you wish, you can also pick up the extract at our company's registered office, where you must prove your identity before we provide you with the data. In the case of unfounded, unreasonable or repeated requests, BusinessCom as will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for a copy of the personal data provided or to refuse the request (the above applies analogously to the exercise of the rights listed below).
The right to correct inaccurate and complete incomplete personal data
If you feel that BusinessCom as is processing inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to request its correction and completion.
BusinessCom as will correct or supplement the data without undue delay, but always with regard to technical possibilities.
Right to erasure
If any of the circumstances below occur, you have the right to have your data erased without undue delay:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- if you withdraw the consent on the basis of which the data was processed and there is no other legal ground for its processing;
- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or
- if BusinessCom as is legally obliged to do so.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data that is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of BusinessCom as. Unless BusinessCom as demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests or rights and freedoms, it shall cease the processing without undue delay based on your objection. You may also object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (which includes profiling insofar as it relates to such direct marketing). This right is your absolute right, therefore if you object, we will cease further processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, you must specify in detail what you are objecting to and why. Our obligation is then to demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or to demonstrate that we process the data for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your data, which may be restricted in particular in the following situations:
- You believe that your personal data is inaccurate and you ask us to correct it. In such a case, you may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted while we verify its accuracy.
- The processing of the data is unlawful, but you refuse to delete your personal data and ask us to restrict its use.
- You need your data to be able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, even if we no longer need your data for processing purposes.
- You have objected to the processing of your personal data and we need to verify whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Right to data portability
If you want BusinessCom as to transfer your personal data to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. This right can only be exercised in cases where the processing of your data is based on your consent or a contract and the processing is carried out automatically.
If the exercise of this right would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons, BusinessCom as will not be able to comply with your request.

As a customer, you come into contact with BusinessCom as in two main ways. You purchase our products and services. If you order a vehicle and/or vehicle-related services, we access your employees as representatives of your company. We process their names and contact details for the purpose of delivering the requested products and services. If you are self-employed, then all data about your trade that we process becomes personal data.
You are shopping in our online store
If you order goods from our online stores, we process the data necessary to process your purchase and deliver the purchased product to you.
